Jaime Savory is a business owner, mother of three wild boys Jaike, Reece and Hudson, and wife to Heath. Jaime began her broking firm Gippsland Finance Solutions in 2014 after working locally for Commonwealth Bank for a number of years. The business started in Bairnsdale and grew quickly to a team of five employees. Recently she has also expanded the business into Traralgon to serve the Latrobe Valley region. This new office comes with Robyn, the Mortgage Broker and also very experience assistant Megan. Jaime is thrilled to have them join the team.

Jaime completed her secondary school years in Bairnsdale and then completed her Bachelor of Commerce via RMIT. Whilst completing her degree she worked part time for the Commonwealth Bank. She finished her degree in 2006 and decided to travel the world and lived in the UK for 12 months.

Upon her return she moved to Melbourne to further her career with the Commonwealth Bank and worked in Business Banking for four years. She was offered the opportunity to move back home and was promoted to Bank Manager at Bairnsdale Branch. She managed the CBA Bairnsdale and Orbost for six years and then decided to take the plunge and start her own business doing what she loves, helping people with the biggest financial decisions in their life that majority of times the banks make harder than they need to be.

With over 15 years experience in the banking industry, Jaime prides herself on thorough customer service and the repeat business she receives is the evidence that she does more than what she promises. Jaime is committed to ensuring her clients are kept in the loop with every step of their application. Jaime works hard for each and every deal and loves nothing more than when she gets a deal across the line that others or banks have said are not possible.

Jaime is a proud East Gippslander and plays an active role in our community being School Council President for her children school, President of the Bairnsdale Chamber of Commerce and a board member at East Gippsland Marketing.

Sarah began her career in banking over 10 years ago with Commonwealth Bank being initially employed as a Teller, she then progressed to Customer Service Representative and finally finding her niche as the Branch Lender. After 6 years at Commonwealth Bank Sarah made the switch to Westpac to try her hand and managing a branch. In 2017 Sarah was given the opportunity to join Jaime at Gippsland Finance Solutions to get back to into the lending space and has not looked back since.

Sarah enjoys the challenge of getting deals across the line and being in a position to help others reach their property goals whether it be a first home, new home, or an investment property. Sarah appreciates the trust our clients have for us and is determined to work hard for each client that walks through our doors.

When Sarah isn’t busy with work, she is a mum to two young boys Jordy and Charlie and together with her Partner Luke they enjoy camping, spending time on the family farm and just being outdoors.

Robyn Beath is an extremely experienced Mortgage Broker. She is married to Matt and is a mother to two adult children. Robyn met Jaime at the Commonwealth Bank and they worked many years together. Robyn worked for CBA for over 20 years. She has a vast knowledge of lending and experience in business banking, personal lending and loves making the process as simple as it can be for her clients.

Robyn lives in Moe and when she isn’t working, she loves camping, fishing, spending time with her family and friends in the outdoors.

Robyn joined Gippsland Finance Solutions in late 2022 and is the lead Mortgage Broker of our Traralgon Office. She is thrilled to be part of the team and to lead our Traralgon office.

Jennifer started her career in the finance industry as a Teller at Westpac Bank, during her 5 years at Westpac Jennifer advanced her career and climbed the corporate ladder becoming a Personal Banker and then onto Bank Manager. Jennifer also worked in asset finance for a year before joining the team at Gippsland Finance Solutions in 2020.

Jennifer’s role at Gippsland Finance has naturally progressed over the years, with her now being Jaime’s right hand man, assisting Jaime and her clients throughout the application process. Jennifer has also studied further, completing her Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.
When Jennifer isn’t supporting our clients, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and husband Jack. Much to Jaime’s disappointment Jennifer loves an overseas holiday, and is most happy when enjoying a meal with Jack in an English pub.

Megan begun her career in the finance industry seven years ago. She is a wealth of knowledge with everything and whilst her title reflects she assist’s Robyn, we all know who the boss is. She has experience in lending within a bank and worked for a mortgage broking firm in Latrobe Valley for four years. She knows all there is to know about getting a loan approved from the start until settlement and beyond.

When Megan is not working she is extremely involved in the Glengarry Football / Netball club and loves travelling, music festivals and anything sports related…. Believe it or not, she even recently has a liking for camping. Megan is here to help our clients wherever she can and we are thrilled to have her part of our team.

Karli joined the team at Gippsland Finance Solutions in a part time role of Admin and Client services. More recently in 2023 Karli has moved into a new role helping Jaime as her assistant. Karli helps all of Jaime’s clients throughout the loan application process and pretty much helps Jaime with everything and anything !

Karli has an extensive background in Office Management working for Westpoint Motors for 6 years and also part time for a local builder. For the past 6 years Karli has also run a local concrete company Fox Martin Concrete and Construction with her partner Jon.

A busy mum of two, Karli finds time for her hobbies including, netball, basketball, pottery and eating out with friends and family.

Lauren (aka Loz) joined the team at GippsFinance in May 2023 in a Part Time capacity. Loz works out of our Traralgon office but she supports all of our brokers in Bairnsdale and Traralgon. Loz is the person you will speak to after your loan is approved. She supports our team with discharges, supporting our clients for settlements, their insurance needs and so much more. Loz has been in the finance industry for 4 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to our team.

She is a local to the Latrobe Valley, having lived there her whole life. She has a passion for providing our locals and interstate clients with exceptional customer service. She enjoys helping clients achieve their finance goals, making the process as simple and stress free as possible. She is always there to help and support our clients throughout their finance journey.

Outside of work….. Loz is married to her husband Jez and has 2 daughters and a very spoilt fur baby, a 2 year old cavoodle “Toby”. On the weekends she enjoys spending spare time with her family, shopping trips to the city and the occasional dinner date with friends.

Georgia joined our team in June 2023 in a Compliance and Admin Support role. Georgia is originally from Manchester, UK. Where she studied Business and Finance at University. This led her overseas to Asia, working in the Finance sector and then luckily for us, her travels stopped in Australia after falling in love with East Gippsland and has been here for the past five years.

Before joining GFS she worked at Westpac bank for two years, starting as a teller and moved into a personal banking role.

When not at work she is either helping renovate her new home or at the beach with Fiancé Alex and baby, Ted.  Georgia loves all things outdoors and spending time with family and friends, if that happens to be at a winery then ever better

Tayla joined the GFS team in January 2024 as a Settlements Coordinator for our Bairnsdale brokers Jaime & Sarah. Tayla is the person who manages our clients’ loans and will be there to support you right from the moment your loan is formally approved, all the way through to settlement and for some clients, right to the finalisation of your construction.

Her everyday consists of supporting our clients and the team with everything from incoming phone calls to anything settlement related; bank discharges, loan contracts, insurances, liaising with banks and conveyancers plus everything in between! Tayla has come from a very client/customer focussed background; she prides herself on her communication as well as the quality of her work. Tayla is very thorough in what she does and understands how important it is to make this process as seamless as possible for you. Nothing is too hard, or no question is too silly when it comes to supporting our clients!

When Tayla is not busy organising settlements at work, she is twice as busy running around after her little boy Jameson & spending quality time with her family and partner Tim.
